Return Policy Overview:

You may return new, unopened parts within 30 days of delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded, customer is liable for return shipping costs. Items should be returned in their original product packaging and in new sell-able condition. .

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund sooner. This time period includes the transit time us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes to process your return once received and inspected (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Parts that are Not Returnable

  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC
  • Downloadable software products
  • Special Order Items from Japan and/or Nissan Motorsports Nismo Parts
  • Any item that has obvious signs of use
  • Any item not returned in the condition it was received

ABSOLUTELY no returns on electronic components with broken seals, or special order electronics. This includes but not limited to:

  • Fuel Injectors
  • Sensors
  • ECU’s

Partial Refunds will be issued for most parts that are returned more than 30 days after delivery, this excludes parts that fall under the no return policy.

Exchanges and Return Process:

If you received a faulty part and need to exchange it, please email with your order number on the title to begin the process. Please note that it takes us up to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive with us or the manufacture. You can view completed returns and refunds by visiting Your Account and accessing the relevant order summary.
