The turbo has never been used on an engine or customer vehicle, however it has exchanged hands a few times and in turn why it is an open box purchase. Additionally there are 2 missing bolts that will need replacing (bolts that hold the wastegate actuator bracket to the compressor housing) but please look at the pictures in detail as what you see in the pictures is exactly what you will get.
